Arrow Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking an Adon/Nurse for a full-time 8:30am–5:00pm shift with on-call responsibilities. The role includes coordinating resident care, supervising staff, and supporting admissions with families, within a home‑like environment that values growth and internal promotion.

The position requires licensure or enrollment in Med Tech, 3+ years in assisted living care, and strong knowledge of care standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least twenty‑one (21) years of age.
• Licensed Med Tech or enrolled in Med Tech class within 90 days of hire.
• Some states require current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• At least three years of experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
• Ability to supervise care staff.
• Knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families and staff.
• Health in good condition verified by a physician within 6 months prior to or 7 days after employment.
• Freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis within 7 days of employment.
• Criminal background clearance by DOJ and FBI prior to first presence in facility.
• Clean driving record per insurer's policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct an exceptional community culture through motivation, innovation and development to provide outstanding customer service and quality care.
• Assemble, catalogue, and manage personalized care needs of residents and family expectations.
• Ensure adherence to community standards, policies and procedures and applicable laws when selecting and training team members.
• Assist community growth through interaction with Sales to assess resident needs and aid families with senior living options.
