Arrow Senior Living in Battlefield, MO and Nixa, MO seeks an ADON/Nurse for a full-time 8:30am–5:00pm role with rotating on-call. You will support two communities, supervise care staff, and ensure quality care for residents with memory-impaired needs.

You must be a licensed Med Tech or enrolled, and hold an LPN/RN license where required, with at least 3 years in resident care. Health screening and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• In some states you must have a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Three (3) years of experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
• Ability to supervise care staff and coordinate personalized care plans.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and laws; ability to communicate with physicians and families.
• Must pass health screening within the required time frame and have a clean DOJ/FBI background check.
• Must have a clean driving record as per insurer policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct an exceptional community culture through motivation, innovation, and development that provides exceptional customer service and quality care.
• Assemble, catalogue, and manage personalized care needs of residents and family expectations.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, procedures, and laws when onboarding and training team members.
• Assist community growth by collaborating with Sales to assess resident needs and options for families.
