Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Coordinator in Liberty, MO and Blue Springs, MO to lead care planning and team guidance. The role includes coordinating resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with families to meet needs and preferences.

The position offers competitive pay and benefits in a nurturing, growth-focused environment. Starting salary range from $75,000 to $87,900, with full-time hours and a rotating schedule across two campuses.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Licensed Med Tech or enrolled in Med Tech class within 90 days of hire.
• In some states, must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of resident care experience in assisted living.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in memory-impaired resident care.
• Ability to maintain and update effective service plans.
• Ability to supervise care staff.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and staff.
