Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated ADON/Nurse for Battlefield and Nixa, MO, working 8:30am–5:00pm with on-call rotation. Starting salary ranges from $86,900 to $87,900.

This full-time role requires RN/LPN licensure (or Med Tech with enrollment) and at least three years of assisted living experience. The ADON will lead care teams, ensure compliance with standards, and partner with Sales to guide resident choices.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a licensed Med Tech or be enrolled in the Med Tech class within 90 days of hire.
• In states, must have current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
• Ability to maintain and update effective service plans.
• Ability to supervise care staff.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.

Responsibilities

• Direct an exceptional community culture through motivation, innovation, and development that provides exceptional customer service and quality care.
• Assemble, catalogue, and manage personalized care needs of residents and the expectations of family members.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies and procedures, and laws when selecting, onboarding, and training team members.
• Assist community growth through direct interaction with Sales to assess resident needs and assist families with suitable senior living options.
