Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking an ADON/Nurse for full-time days with on-call duties in Battlefield, MO and Nixa, MO. Starting salary ranges from $86,900 to $87,900.

Schedule rotates between Boulevard St Charles and The Henry locations, 8:30am to 5:00pm with on-call rotation. Qualified candidates will have nursing licensure, Med Tech credentials, and at least three years of assisted living resident care experience.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Licensed Med Tech or enrolled in Med Tech class within 90 days of hire.
• In some states, current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
• Ability to maintain and update effective service plans.
• Ability to supervise care staff.
• Knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision for residents.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff.
• Good health verified by physician health screening within 6 months prior to or 7 days after employment.
• Freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis within 7 days of employment.
• Criminal background clearance by DOJ and FBI prior to initial presence in the facility.
• Clean driving record as per insurance carrier’s policy.

• Be a Care Cultivator: direct an exceptional community culture through motivation, innovation, and development that provides exceptional customer service and quality care.
• Be a Curator of Care: assemble, catalogue, and manage personalized care needs of residents and family expectations.
• Be a Talent Trainer: ensure adherence to standards, policies, and laws when onboarding and training staff.
• Be a Sales Support: assist community growth by working with Sales to assess resident needs and assist families.
