Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and verify chart documentation to ensure CMS compliance.
• Identify documentation discrepancies and suggest corrections.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Clinical teams to resolve inquiries.
• Attend mandatory operational and educational meetings and cross-train in care management verticals.
• Maintain proficiency across primary digital platforms (PCC, MatrixCare, SigmaCare, Google Workspace).
