Job summary

Reid Health is seeking a Nursing Care Assistant (NCA) for the PACE program on a day shift. The role involves assisting with nursing care, restorative therapies, activities, meals, and transportation across care settings including day center, home, and clinic.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of frail/elderly care experience, a CNA certification (Indiana preferred), and CPR certification. On-the-job training may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with a frail or elderly population.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Indiana CNA certification preferred or can be on-the-job training for NCA with competency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing care, restorative therapies, activities, meals, and transportation escort across care settings.
• Provide ADL/IADL support and document in medical records as appropriate.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and follow Reid Health PACE policies.
