Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare PACE is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Aides to support participants at the Riverside day center and in the community. The role emphasizes person-centered care, safety, independence, and engagement, with responsibilities ranging from ADLs to escorting participants for appointments. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. Requires CA CNA or PCA qualifications, BLS/CPR certifications, and experience with frail or elderly populations.

Qualifications

• Must have current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and document care per policies.
• Escort participants to medical appointments and activities.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, transferring, and mobility assistance.
• Support day center operations and promote safety, engagement, and participant dignity.
