Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform personal patient care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Document care provided and monitor vital signs and intake/output.
• Prepare patients for appointments and transport as needed.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and follow ICARE values.
