• Completion of an intensive occupation-related course of study may meet in full the experience requirements for GS-3.
• GS-5 level requires progressively responsible nursing care experience or education with KSAs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and contribute to the care plan.
• Care for patients/residents in various settings (outpatient, inpatient, home, CLU, acute, sub-acute).
• Observe patients and report changes to supervising staff.
• Document care provided and observations accurately.
• Maintain infection control and safety in all tasks.
