Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and work pace in a busy acute care unit.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients' room, greet and escort to room, inventory possessions.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; record intake.
• Perform duties per policies and report patient complaints.
• Assist with activities of daily living; monitor vital signs.
• Document care activities in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Respond to call bells and alert nursing staff to abnormal findings.
