Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and report unusual observations to the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Assist with intake and output data collection and specimen collection.
• Provide for patient nutrition needs and assist with meal setup and feeding as required.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Support orientation and training for new nursing assistants.
