Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required within four months of employment.
• For applicable states, certified and registered with the UAP Registry.
• May be classified as Sanford Category II Driver depending on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities under supervision.
• Provide care in partnership with a licensed nurse and preceptor.
• Follow infection prevention, PPE use, safety and privacy standards.
• Communicate changes in client condition to a licensed nurse.
• Support with meals, mobility, and basic health care needs as trained.
