Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA license required within four months of employment.
• Applicable states: registered with UAP Registry if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document client care when appropriate and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding.
• Assist with transferring, positioning, ROM, and walking using proper techniques.
• Assist with meals and hydration and support client needs as assigned.
