Job summary
Sanford Health in Mandan, ND, is hiring Nursing Assistant Trainees for day shift duties. Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
- CNA license required within four months of employment.
- Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
- UAP Registry registration as applicable.
- Sanford Category II Driver with valid license where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living.
- Document client care and communicate changes to a licensed nurse.
- Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Follow infection prevention protocols and PPE usage for safety.
- Provide age-appropriate care and support to clients, under supervision of a licensed nurse.
