Sanford Health in Mandan, ND, is hiring Nursing Assistants to join Mandan Sunset, a 128-bed senior care facility. You will provide resident-centered care under supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health needs in a long-term care setting.

Role offers shift differentials, education assistance, advancement opportunities, and the ability to access earnings daily. CNA licensure required at hire; benefits vary with status.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board or in process; certification required/provided by facility.
• Yearly competency testing and continuing education credits required.
• State driver requirements may apply for Sanford Category II Driver role.

Responsabilités

• Provides resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Assists with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Assists with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Records vital signs and documents care per care plan.
• Supports infection prevention and PPE use; participates in wellness activities.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to charge nurse and staff.
