Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the nursing assistant scope.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to licensed staff.
• Handle specimens per policy and transport to the lab promptly.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and comfort care.
• Maintain patient safety and watch for changes requiring attention.
