The RN assesses and plans patient care, administers treatments and medications, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes. Pennsylvania RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Participate in quality and safety education programs.
