Job summary

County of Riverside’s Riverside University Health System Medical Center in Moreno Valley is seeking a Nursing Assistant - Per Diem to support the Diagnostics Imaging Division. The role involves transporting patients, assisting nursing staff, and monitoring patients via video systems. A CNA/EMT/Paramedic cert is preferred; bilingual is a plus.

BLS/CPR must be uploaded with application. The position offers per diem hours with evening and night shift differentials and premiums for multiple shifts

Qualifications

Successful completion of state-required CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification.
Ability to assist nursing staff and perform basic patient care.
Familiarity with video monitoring equipment and hospital routines.

Responsibilities

Provide basic bedside nursing care and assist with daily living activities.
Transport patients to and from imaging and other units.
Observe patients and report changes to nursing staff.
Transport and assist in patient admissions and discharges as needed.
Operate video monitoring systems and communicate with staff as required.
Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for patient care.
