Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with 1000 hours recent acute clinical or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Current CPR card required.
• Experience as CNA in acute or skilled facility within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility.
• Document care provided and vital signs in patient records.
• Monitor and report changes to RN; participate in rounds and care plans.
