Job summary

HealthPartners offers a Nursing Assistant position at Capitol View Transitional Care Center, Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN. The role is 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week) with a 2pm-10:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed.

The starting pay is $20.59/hour, and duties include direct patient care for 6–9 patients per day, assistance with showers, feeding, charting, and communication with the nurse in charge. Union position and orientation in Bloomington required.

Qualifications

• Must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry and maintain current certification.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant Course.
• Reliable transportation to HealthPartners' Nursing Orientation in Bloomington.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for 6–9 patients daily.
• Perform showers/baths, feeding assistance, and record intake/output.
• Inform nurse in charge of significant changes and chart accordingly.
• Answer calls promptly and stock supplies as needed.
• Support with room setup for new admissions and other duties as assigned.
