Job summary

HealthPartners in Minnesota is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support the nursing team under a Registered Nurse. You will assist with personal hygiene, daily activities, transport of patients and equipment, and help maintain patient rooms.

You will process electronic orders, assemble charts, and coordinate communications for the nursing unit. The role includes every-other weekend and holiday work on a 11pm–7:30am night shift.

Qualifications

• Assist in delivery of patient care under RN supervision
• Coordinate communications and procedures for nursing unit
• Process electronic orders and assemble patient charts
• Stock and reorder supplies and set up patient rooms
