UF Health in Leesburg is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the Neuro Medical-Surgical team during night shifts. You will assist with basic patient care, comfort measures, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will work under nurses, follow directions, and contribute to patient well-being. A high school diploma or GED is required; Florida CNA preferred and BLS certification is required.

Overview

Make a difference through hands-on patient care. Join the Neuro Medical-Surgical team as a Nursing Assistant and work alongside nurses to provide patients with the comfort, assistance, and support they need throughout their care.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
