UF Health Shands Homecare is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support Neuro Medical-Surgical patients during night shifts. You will work under the direction of RNs and nursing leadership to deliver basic care, comfort measures, and a safe, organized care environment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, a Florida CNA license (preferred), and BLS. English literacy is required. This role emphasizes hands-on patient support and teamwork with the nursing staff.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
