UF Health Central Florida in The Villages is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care on the CFH Rehab unit during nights. You will work under RNs to provide essential, hands-on care and help maintain safety and comfort for patients on a 40-hour full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include basic physical care, assisting with nursing procedures, offering comfort measures, and keeping the environment clean and organized.

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses (RNs), the Nursing Assistant supports patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post‑high‑school specialized training preferred

Licensure & Certification

• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
• BLS required

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
