Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join the Neuro Medical-Surgical team in Leesburg, FL. This full-time night-shift role (36 hours/week) supports nurses with patient care, comfort, and safety during hospital stays.

Under RN direction, you will assist with basic nursing procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment. Florida CNA license preferred; BLS required; English proficiency mandatory.

Qualifications

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
