UF Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Neuro Medical-Surgical team in Leesburg, FL. You will work with RNs to provide basic care, comfort, and support, ensuring a clean, safe patient environment and assisting with nursing procedures in a hands-on role.

The position emphasizes direct patient support, teamwork with the nursing staff, and maintaining patient comfort in a Neuro Medical-Surgical setting. A high school diploma or GED is required, and CNA licensure with BLS is preferred.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
