Job summary

Regency Springdale is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) / Patient Care Tech (PCT) for PRN day shifts in Springdale, AR. The role supports post-ICU patient care with a focus on compassionate, excellent service and teamwork across a large inpatient hospital setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or 3+ years related experience), CNA or related certification, and BLS within 90 days. Per diem status offers flexible scheduling and retirement benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly; monitor stock of supplies as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: PRN/Per Diem, 12-hour shifts - Day ShiftCompensation:$ 18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs
• Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire
