Regency Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) in Springdale for a full-time night shift. The role focuses on compassionate patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding support, and daily rounds in a critical-illness recovery setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (or 3+ years’ experience) and must obtain BLS within 90 days. CNA certification or hospital NA background preferred.

Mansioni

• Bathing patients using basin-less products and providing oral hygiene.
• Assist with oral feeding and hair care.
• Perform hourly rounds and monitor patient needs.
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist with transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs and rooms.
• Maintain unit stock levels and assist with duties as assigned.

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs
• Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
