Essentia Health is seeking Nursing Assistants for the Clinical Evaluation Unit. The role is 36 hours per week with day shifts consisting of 1-12 hour shifts and 3-8 hour shifts. The schedule is currently Monday-Thursday but may change with unit needs.

Qualified candidates may receive a hiring incentive up to $1500. Compensation ranges from $17.63 to $26.45 per hour, with full benefits and a path to professional development. This position supports patient care in a team-based hospital setting.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant through the North Dakota Department of Health preferred.
• If not certified as a Nursing Assistant, must be registered as a Nurse Assistant through the North Dakota Department of Health within 3 months from date of employment.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Building Location: 32nd Avenue Building Department: 3014320 CRITICAL EVALUATION UNIT - 32ND HOSP. Job Description: Seeking Nursing Assistants for our Clinical Evaluation Unit.

This position is 36 hours per week. Days. 1-12 hour shift and 3-8 hour shifts.

This position requires the ability to work the following schedule: 36 hours per week 1-12 hour day shift and 3-8 hour day shifts. Schedule is currently Monday-Thursday; however the schedule could change due to the needs of unit.

Duties

• Providing personal hygiene care, assisting with nutritional needs, providing comfort care and other assistance, appropriately and safely transferring patients, taking vital signs and completing recordkeeping, recognizing and promptly reporting changes in patient condition to the RN, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients to promote the healing process.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant through the North Dakota Department of Health preferred. If not certified as a Nursing Assistant, must be registered as a Nurse Assistant through the North Dakota Department of Health within 3 months from date of employment. BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Hiring Incentive

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $1500.
