Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams. NAITs must be enrolled in a 75-hour NATCEP program and will transition to CNA after successful exams within 4 months of hire.

The program includes up to 3 attempts for Skills and 4 attempts for Knowledge exams, with completion guiding internal placement at a Monarch facility. We offer a supportive work environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Available to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• NAIT prepares to pass Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams.
• Upon completion, take and pass exams within 4 months of hire and apply internally for CNA position.
• Responsible for CNA duties as deemed competent after training (minimum 16 hours in core areas).
