Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking an Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams. NAITs must be enrolled in an approved 75-hour NATCEP program at hire and will take and pass the exams within 4 months, then apply internally for a CNA position at a chosen facility.

The role requires English proficiency and availability every other weekend and holidays.
