Job summary
Monarch Healthcare Management seeks Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams. NAIT must be enrolled in a MN MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at hire and will pursue CNA certification within 4 months. Upon completion, exams completed, and internal application to CNA position at a Monarch facility.
The program includes up to 4 exam attempts, with internal progression and ongoing training hours, under Monarch's supportive environment and benefits.
Qualifications
- Ability to clearly speak and proficient read/write English.
- Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.
