Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams. NAITs must be enrolled in a MN MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at hire and will sit and pass the state exams within 4 months, then apply internally for CNA roles at facilities in Minnesota.

NAITs perform duties under supervision, with at least 16 hours of training in core areas and opportunities for advancement within Monarch’s network.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.
