Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional caregivers with patient care and transport patients/equipment.
• Review patient care documentation and report changes to nurse/physician.
• Perform clerical tasks: organize workload, greet visitors, review orders, transcribe orders, maintain records.
• Provide administrative support including audits and data entry.
• Provide clinical support: clean work area, stock supplies, transport patients and specimens, assist in orientation.
• Provide direct personal care per plan of care: bathing, feeding, ambulation, vitals, specimen collection, and basic nursing tasks.
• Reinforce patient education and distribute information as requested.
