Qualifications

• Must be High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year nursing assistant experience may substitute training.
• Nursing Assistant Program; or CNA certification; or LPN; or RN.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutritional needs.
• Provide routine treatments and maintain a safe, clean, organized patient environment.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality; follow standard precautions.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Document patient information accurately per policies.
