Job summary

Essentia Living Center in Fosston, Minnesota seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am) to provide compassionate direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with personal hygiene and meals, monitor resident condition and report changes to the shift nurse, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Eligible applicants may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or registration within 4 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to the shift nurse.
