Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Cincinnati Downtown in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team inside The Christ Hospital campus. This full-time role features 12-hour day shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm with a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

You will perform bathing, feeding, and routine care, participate in hourly rounds, assist with patient transport, and help keep rooms and equipment clean while contributing to a supportive care environment and

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, CNA certification, or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient bathing with basin-less products, oral hygiene, feeding and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients as needed and assist in moving patients in/out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment (bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs).
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs

Qualifications
