Qualifications

• GED or High School equivalency required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document in EMR/electronic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility) and document vital signs and data.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision and ensure patient belongings are managed.
• Perform rounds, communicate observations to RN, and assist with positioning and transporting using proper techniques.
