Job summary

CentraCare Health in St. Cloud is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the Chemo Infusion Oncology Clinic at Coborn Cancer Center.

You will perform delegated patient care and non-patient tasks, monitor and share vitals, help with patient comfort, and keep rooms clean between patients. This position offers casual shifts with a minimum of one shift every four weeks, Monday to Friday day hours, and opportunities for overtime or evening/weekend pay.

Qualifications

• Proof of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program, or experience as a Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Assistant, or Health/Hospice Aide preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and share vitals with patients.
• Assist with patient comfort and basic care tasks.
• Clean rooms between patients and prepare the area for the next visit.

Job description

Find your purpose as a Nursing Assistant! Support the Chemo Infusion Oncology Clinic at the Coborn Cancer Center by performing delegated patient care and non-patient care tasks. These tasks will include monitoring and sharing vitals, cleaning room between patients, assisting with patient comfort, and more. Make sure to bring your walking shoes as this position gets lots of steps in each day!

Schedule:

• Casual | Minimum of 1 shift every four weeks | St. Cloud
• Days | Monday-Friday | shifts between 6:30am-5:30pm | 8 or 9-hour shifts

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $19.53 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range:$19.53 - $29.82 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working evening and weekend shifts
