Job summary

CentraCare Health's Redwood Hospital in Minnesota is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate and/or supervise patient care by other professionals on your team. You will perform infusion duties as assigned and support attainment of clinical standards and professional practice.

This casual, day-shift role at a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls and nearby communities offers collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and a focus on safety, quality care, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current Minnesota RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional chemo/infusion training or certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or supervise patient care with the team.
• Perform infusion duties as assigned.
• Support attainment of clinical standards and professional practice.

Pay

• Pay based on experience and degree|Full Pay range: $42.86 to $71.51 per hour

  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Current Minnesota RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
• Additional Chemo/Infusion training and/or certification as determined by department
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families, and community resources.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.
