Wage Scale: Starting at $20.00, increasing based on experience.

Status: Full-time / Part-Time

Shift: Evening shift, 2pm-10pm

• Reviewing and updating care plans daily.
• Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assisting residents with daily activities and transportation to appointments.
• Creating a warm, patient, and cheerful environment.
• Preparing residents' rooms and ensuring their comfort.
• Participating in facility surveys by government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a 10th-grade education.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant classes and in the process of obtaining certification.
• Maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Effective communication with nursing staff and management.
