Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to pass an employment background check.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience (personal or professional).
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred (can obtain after hire).
• Current two-step TB clearance preferred (can obtain after hire).
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Providing transportation and helping with errands or appointments.
• Medication reminders and routine support.
• Engaging clients through conversation, hobbies, music, games, or activities.
• Assisting with personal care including dressing, hygiene, and mobility support.
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
