Right at Home is an in-home care agency on Oahu seeking CNAs and Nurse Aides for flexible scheduling and meaningful work. We offer competitive pay up to $28 per hour, weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits.

Join a locally owned team that values compassion, client safety, and community. Walk-in interviews Wednesdays 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM at 1130 Nimitz Hwy, Kalihi.

We provide training, paid travel time, and opportunities for ongoing education.

Qualifications

• CNA or Nurse Aide certificate/training required.
• Previous Caregiving Or CNA Experience Preferred.
• CPR & First Aid knowledge preferred (can obtain after hire).
• Basic housekeeping and cooking skills.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and ethical caregivers.
• Physical stamina to assist clients safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders and routine support
• Assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding support
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Assistance with prescribed exercises and encouraging activity
• Grocery shopping, errands, and accompaniment to appointments
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
