Qualifications

• CNA or Nurse Aide certificate/training required.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred.
• CPR & First Aid knowledge preferred (can obtain after hire).
• Basic housekeeping and cooking skills.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and ethical caregivers.
• Physical stamina to assist clients safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders and routine support.
• Assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation.
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Meal preparation and feeding support.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Assistance with prescribed exercises and encouraging activity.
• Grocery shopping, errands, and accompaniment to appointments.
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
