Right at Home in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking college students for flexible caregiving roles that fit around class schedules. You’ll gain real healthcare experience while helping seniors with companionship and everyday tasks.

You'll receive hands-on training, supportive team culture, and opportunities for advancement; walk-in interviews Wednesdays. This position emphasizes flexible hours, weekly pay, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional accepted).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated personality.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, can obtain after hire).
• 2-step TB test (preferred, can obtain after hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Help with errands and transportation to appointments (mileage paid)
