Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will help clients stay independent, safe, and comfortable, with a caring, patient approach.

We offer competitive pay up to $28/hr, weekly direct deposit, paid mileage, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Training and advancement opportunities are available as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and patient individuals with strong communication skills.
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving or healthcare experience (personal or professional).
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred (can obtain after hire) and TB clearance preferred (can obtain after hire).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Providing transportation and helping with errands or appointments
• Medication reminders and routine support
• Engaging clients through conversation, hobbies, music, games, or activities
• Assisting with personal care including dressing, hygiene, and mobility support
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
