Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Caregiver (HCA)/Certified Nurse Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will work across day, evening, and night shifts in a full-time role, contributing to a safe, home-like environment and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA or HCA certification as required by the state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

• Full-time $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Day: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Evening: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• NOC: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
