Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Recruitment Manager I, Nursing & Allied to mentor new recruiters, source and interview clinicians, and fill contract positions. You will build relationships with clinicians and educate them on the travel industry, collaborating with internal partners to boost candidate presentations to clients and help meet placement targets.

You will drive daily metrics, coach trainees, and lead prospecting efforts while applying market insights to strengthen client and clinician

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience.
• Experience in inside sales or recruitment.
• Healthcare staffing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network and retain clinicians on travel assignments.
• Operate autonomously to fulfill production standards in support of team needs.
• Offer coaching to recruiter trainees to accelerate placements.
• Contribute expertise in meetings to apply sales strategies and improve efficiency.
• Model standard processes for new employees in learning settings.
• Run weekly productivity reports to highlight performance improvement opportunities.
• Plan prospecting strategy for self and team to contact many candidates.
• Demonstrate market/industry knowledge to build credibility with candidates.
