Job summary

AMN Healthcare in Dallas seeks an Associate Account Manager, Nursing & Allied to cultivate facility client relationships and consult on workforce needs. You will partner with AMN Recruiters and vendors to source qualified travel nurses and allied clinicians, solving staffing challenges and driving fill rates.

You will work across specialties, promoting job orders, updating staffing metrics, and leveraging CRM/ATS/VMS to accelerate submissions and placements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years related experience or high school diploma with 2–4 years.
• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, account management, customer service, or sales support preferred.
• Experience supporting nursing, allied healthcare, or workforce solutions clients preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM, ATS, or staffing technologies preferred.
• Ability to use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decisions while adhering to policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish consultative relationships with healthcare facility contacts to identify staffing needs and future hiring demands.
• Offer proactive solutions for nursing and allied staffing by partnering with clients, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote job orders with specific qualifications to recruiters through detailed order information and staffing updates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding open orders, candidate availability, and upcoming staffing needs.
• Leverage CRM, ATS, VMS, and other staffing technologies to increase speed-to-market and improve placement outcomes.
• Collaborate with recruiters and vendor partners to identify qualified clinicians who meet requirements and licensure standards.
• Monitor assignment activity and support client retention by anticipating workforce needs and opportunities for partnership.
